The first screen you will see when logging into the ProfitSee application is what’s called the Advisor Dashboard. This opening screen allows you to monitor each one of your clients fiscal health in one location on a daily basis.
The first screen you will see when logging into the ProfitSee application is what’s called the Advisor Dashboard. This opening screen allows you to monitor each one of your clients fiscal health in one location on a daily basis, and organizes it in such a way that you know which of your clients require your immediate attention. This is also where you will sync new files and create or add files to consolidated, benchmark, or franchise reports. The opening screen will also highlight noteworthy insights as to what’s happening across your client base, and if there’s any tasks left uncompleted. In summary, the Advisor Dashboard is your headquarters to oversee all of your clients and launching point to discover what is happening within your clients’ businesses.
The Advisor Dashboard
1. Company Overview
The Company Overview lists each of your client files and advanced reports in order of highest to lowest risk score. This is done to prioritize which of your clients you should be focusing your time on. Also displayed is the name of each client file or advanced report, a historical net income sparkline, a risk score, and the license type being utilized.
2. Adding a Company File
The Advisor Dashboard is also where you will sync in new client files from your source accounting software.

3. Creating an Advanced Report
On this screen is the ability to generate any of our advanced reporting options including benchmarking, consolidated, and franchise reports.

4. News Section
This section will let you know about anything noteworthy happening amongst your client base whether they had a really good or bad month. It will also notify you of any client file that have not been synced.
5. To-Do's Section
This section allows you to create tasks for yourself or staff members so that you are reminded of them immediately upon logging in. You can also monitor which tasks have been completed and what tasks are upcoming to ensure your team is on top of things.
6. Company Dashboard
Once you've identified a client you want to look at in more detail, simply click on the company name and you'll be brought to the Company Dashboard.
