The accountant and business owner can easily communicate via messaging while using the My Financials mobile app, which can help strengthen the adviser-client relationship by starting deeper conversations.
Business owners with access to either the basic or advanced version of the My Financials mobile app are able to quickly and easily send you questions from directly within the app.

4. As the advisor, you can view this message from your client in one of two places: the company file in your ProfitSee account, or by opening the client's view of the mobile app.
To view the message from ProfitSee, select "Messages" from the left-hand navigation panel to bring up all messages then click on the new message to open it:

Just as the client can message you directly from their mobile app, you can quickly and easily respond to them. Any response you send, whether from your ProfitSee account or from the Client View of the mobile app, will be delivered directly to the client in their mobile app.
If viewing the message from the Client View of the mobile app, type your answer in the Response box then click"Send":
