How to Generate PDF Reports

Building and customizing your management reports has never been easier! With a few clicks, you will be able to create, modify and automate your reports right in your browser.

Generating a PDF Report from a Feature Window:

1. Log into your ProfitSee account and open the company file for which you would like to generate a report. 

 

2. Open the window you wish to generate a report from.

 

3. Click on the printer icon on the right hand side, then click on"Generate PDF":

4. Once the report preview opens, you will have the option to"Add Notes","Send as Email"or"Download PDF":

5. To print the report as is, simply select"Download PDF"and open the file once the download has completed.

 

6. To close the report preview at any time, simply"X"out of the preview in the right hand corner of the preview.

 

 

Generating a PDF Report from the Reports Tab:

 

1. Log into your ProfitSee account and open the company file for which you would like to generate a report.

 

2. Select the"Reports"tab along the left-hand side.

 

3. Select the type of report you would like to generate,"Customized Financial Report","3-Way Cashflow Forecast Report"or"New Schedule"to automate a report*:

4. To print a report, select"Download PDF File"and open the file once downloading has completed.
