Messages Between the Business Owner and the Accountant

ProfitSee believes good communication between the accountant and the business owner is important to the daily monitoring of your clients' financial health.  The accountant and the business owner can easily communicate via messaging while using MBA, which can help strengthen the adviser-client relationship and build conversations.

To message Business Owner

Being an accountant, you can message your clients by:

Step 1: Click on “Messages” along the left-hand side

Step 2: Click on “Compose Message” in the right-hand corner

Step 3: Select the client you would like to message, compose your text, and click on “Submit” to send the message to your client

To message the Accountant

Likewise, business owners can message their accountant by:

Step 1: Click on “Messages” along the left-hand side

Step 2: Click on “Compose Message” in the left-hand corner

Step 3: Type a subject and text, then click on “Submit” to send the message to the accountant

If there is any response from the accountant, the business owner will also see that under “Messages”
